PITTSBURGH — Quarterback Kenny Pickett Suffered an ankle injury midway through the second quarter Pittsburgh Steelers‘ 24-10 loss from Arizona Cardinals and did not return.

Pickett suffered the injury while fielding the ball on third down near the Steelers’ goal line and diving toward the end zone. He later returned to the sideline with a walking boot on his right ankle.

Seumalo hasn’t missed a snap this season, while Roberts was the team’s last remaining healthy free agency addition at inside linebacker. His role expanded last month with a season-ending injury Cole Holcomb And Kwon Alexander.
The Steelers have had a bit of a change this week with Thursday night’s game against the Patriots on the horizon.
The Steelers added the former Falcons linebacker Michael Walker And the Panthers inside linebacker Blake Martinez to fill the void, but Martinez was inactive in each of the two games on the 53-man roster.
