Vande Bharat Express is the fastest train in the country. It is a great fortune earned by Indian Railways for many reasons and is admired by those who love train travel. The semi-high-speed train operates on various one-day intercity routes, offering a rather luxurious experience. It is undoubtedly the most advanced train in the country. This is not the first time that the Vande Bharat Express train has been targeted in the country.
Similar incidents have occurred in other parts of the country. However, no passenger has been harmed in any accident so far.
Indian Railways, especially the East Coast Railway (ECoR) has been consistently driving to educate the public, especially those living in areas close to railway lines, to not throw stones at trains that could harm passengers.
However, incidents of stone pelting on trains continue to occur despite efforts by Indian Railways and law enforcement agencies to prevent it.
